I offer a safe, non-judgmental and unbiased therapeutic space individually tailored to your needs and requirements.
Short to mid term counselling would typically consist of 8 to 16 sessions focusing on a specific issue you are grappling with; setting an objective to aim for with the view to explore better ways to manage and cope and perhaps bring about a shift in thinking and behaviour patterns that affect your mental and emotional wellbeing.
A longer term or open ended psychotherapy setting would involve a more in-depth approach of explorative and inner work: to process ways of functioning and engaging with others, make sense of the self - who one is in nature , as well as make sense of one’s journey of growth and development with the view to identify what might need integrating and developing to gain more inner freedom and embrace life more fully.
Sessions are held on weekly basis. Sessions are offered in English or Polish.
Face to face sessions in a private, safe and comfortable setting.
I am offering in-person sessions again for those who prefer this option. These are limited at present to reduce exposure and ensure a risk advice assessment is followed. Please enquire for more information.
Video sessions are available for you during these uncertain times.
I am currently offering online video sessions through either Zoom or Skype, depending on your preference.

Earliest appointment 8am, latest 8pm
£65 for a 50 minute session.
Concessions are available (for daytime appointments only) for students, keyworkers, low income or in temporary financial difficulty.
Concessions are discussed on an individual basis.
